Is it safe to upload my documents and photos?
Absolutely. Your privacy is our first priority. Most of our tools work right inside your browser, which means your files never touch our servers. For some tools like 'Background Removal', your image is permanently deleted immediately after processing. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is the Aadhaar or Voter ID printed from here valid?
No. It is important to understand that AkPrintHub is a 'convenience tool' for personal use and backup only. Any material printed from here is a non-official copy and cannot be used for any government or official identity verification.
Why is my file not uploading?
This problem can occur due to many reasons. Please make sure that: 1) your file is in the correct format (JPG, PNG, PDF), 2) the file size is less than the limits specified on the tool, and 3) you have a good internet connection. Sometimes, using a different browser can solve the problem.
Is it necessary to create an account to use all tools?
Many basic tools are available without an account. However, creating a free account gives you more features and a better experience. Our Pro plan users can access all premium tools without any limitations.
Why is my tool not working? (eg, the page is stuck)
If a tool is not working properly, first try clearing your browser's cache or refresh the page by pressing `Ctrl+Shift+R`. This often fixes minor technical problems. If the problem persists, please contact us and let us know which tool you were using.
